I had probably gone through some efforts to draw that first Roomie pose correctly. Doesn't look too bad, though I'd change those legs a bit to have the pose be a little more smooth lookin'. Those first panels look good though, I must've been especially inspired by awesome 70s rock bands while drawing them :) 

And oh! Oooh? I see Roomie's bangs are changing places! They're getting behind the ears! I repeat, the bangs are getting around and behind the ears! That's when it happened! The awesome 70s rock bands did this!

And hey, let's give a warm welcome to Ramona for her first appearance! (I'll be using the "she/her" pronouns so as not to give anything away and also because "Ram" wouldn't mind, if Ram had a say in this!) 

Yet another character that stopped at "I'll draw a cute short black haired girl because this needs more cuties", and also because there was definitely a Ramona I had met that I found very charming, way back then! 
And yet another character that would stick around for quite some time, and I'm very happy for it.
