Damn. Those are some wise words, Wise Old Crone. And very good reminders. 

These parts of Roomie were most definitely within myself as well. And they still are! But I feel I've grown a bit since then, and became more attentive to those pains and desires, or emotions we deem negative. It's hard, isn't it? To not scoff at one's own troubles at time. To not criticize our anger or sadness at times. Sometimes I'm angry than I'm angry, you know? Anger is such a hard emotion to accept, for me anyway. But it definitely has its uses in certain situations!
