Aahaha, I remember these. The arms and the hands... so tiny! The waists.. oh the waists on these poor girls! I admit it, when "redrawing" the second strip (that I had lost the high resolution for, so I retraced digitally as best I could while staying true to the original lines), well, I miiiiight have just given a slight more width to Roomie's waist here and there. I confess!
I remember the first time someone commented on those types of drawings of mine (aka nude ladies with wittle waists), it was a comic book artist going like... "well, they must have a hardy spine 'cause it looks like they could break in half real fast" or something to that effect! And I was like "hahaaa...." :D
But he was right. He probably saw many other artists drawing naked girls the way I did, and I'm glad we don't let it slide too much 'cause... damn the unrealistic anatomy some female characters have to suffer. Happy to know my art's evolved on that front! Body mass is an amazing lesson to learn and makes characters way more alive!
