Thank you, by the way, to the people letting me know they enjoy these commentaries! I'm very glad that you do. It doesn't take me too long to do, compared to drawing strips, but it does take its own fair portion of time and energy. Energy because I want to give each "re-update" a proper enough... observation? I always strive for an honest and centered communication, in all aspects of life, and this rerun deserves a concentrated dose of it.

But I digress :D (<- yes, honest and centered communication includes smiley faces)

I really enjoy the energy these early strips have. The unapologetic flurry of jokes and slams interlaced with confused interruptions and witty comebacks. I know there's definitely been more "quiet" and calm moments later in the comic, though they had their importance as well, to give some of these characters a moment of introspection (that anyone needs at some points of their lives). 

Sexual energy is often compared to creative energy, did you know? In both a spiritual and concrete kind of way. And looking back at these comic strips I can feel my younger self being very dynamic in my horny creativity, so I'd say it makes sense in this context especially! And knowing other artists' work on social media, I'd say it makes sense in many other contexts ;)
