I'm not sure if it was clear enough in the dialogues: how Ram is thinking it's weird (and Roomie should worry) that Lillian's asking for her privacy, and telling Roomie to leave her alone (basically). And Roomie on the other hand is thinking there's no need to worry! I agree with her. But I know that there may be times when insecurities take over and there is feeaaar of what the partner in question is doing without us (oh no! how dare they have their own privacy and life apart from us!)
