Not that Lillian really want to be considered as "normal" before she met Roomie. But more of "inexistent and content with that". Happy wasn't necessarily her priority, her comfort was. Not that there's anything wrong with looking for a little comfort in life, there's a balance with everything!

Like boobs and beer. There's a balance to find between the two, you know?

All right, jokes aside, I don't know if WOC's situation in the last panel of the first strip was showed very well? There were little stairs to pass through, and so, WOC found herself stuck. I think it's clear enough, but I also think one could put a little more pointers if they wanted so readers don't have to squint too hard. 

A comic artist's job is always to make the reading of a comic easy and flowing! And I find myself still finding that a challenge for some comic panels in my current webcomics.
