The Little Oooooooone!!! aaah
This first Little One story was great. Short and sweet, with its little originality, and a fairytale sort of feel. And boobie-flies. It had everything.
It also gave me a chance to pick up my pencil, my favorite drawing tool, and give these strips a little different style. I was talking about copy pasting lineart yesterday to save time, but drawing Little One strips was an excellent time saver in its own way. I just drew way faster with a pencil! And coloring the strips was simple enough.
So when you get Little One stories later on in the comic, it's probably because Lillian has another story to tell, but it's probably also because past chlove needed to save some time! (probably when she went on vacation or something)
I think there was also the pleasure of drawing with the pencil, and having fun usually means working faster and/or better!
Not that drawing other GGaR strips weren't fun, but the pencil was refreshing to use.
pencil, pencil, pencil, pencil
I used that word a lot in this commentary so I figured I could just... spam it some more.
pencil, pencil, pencil, pencil, pencil, pencil, pencil, pencil, pencil, pencil, pencil, pencil, pencil
You know when you write, or focus, on a word so much that it becomes weird and alien?
pencil.
--> This is a rerun of the finished webcomic Go Get a Roomie! You can find these two strips in the old archive >here<!
