I only just realized that Allan and Roomie in second strip, second panel, are massaging Steve at the same time they're talking to each other, which explains the little squiggly line above Steve's head (at first I didn't understand why it was there, was it to show a hangover?)

Aah, the challenge of writing a scene and having to guess how much will the reader understand (or not).

I feel that these two strips could have been more explicit: Allan and Roomie (and Steve) are betting on what Lillian's reaction will be when Roomie calls her on the phone and apologizes for the naughty pics sent to her when they were drunk. 

Yeah, I don't know if you got all that the first time reading (or second), and my job as a writer is always to make it clear the first time around as to what's happening! (unless said writer writes a weird-ass comic that's meant to be weird and unexpected ahem)
