Oh, that text in the third panel bubble is a little off huh? And the line "sex stories I can't even match" in the last panel is quite literally touching the word bubble, that's not gooood :D

Also Lillian's face in that same panel is off, I KNOW, I'm throwing in a lot of critiques but they just pop out a little more than usual today! 

But what I do really like is the dialogue going on between the two. Important and charming, and yeah, what does help Roomie a lot is having a safe and comforting place to call home!!
